Creative and Marketing Director
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Creative and Marketing Director to assist our marketing agency to expand our business to new levels in 2022 and beyond. The candidate will manage and set the creative design and marketing services for the agency and also help enhance and develop marketing services offered to our customers. The candidate needs to have at minimum a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management, extensive experience in graphic design. A minimum of 5 years industry experience and have worked with award winning firm(s) and have an outstanding portfolio. The candidate also needs to be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative materials that includes brand identity work including logo design, web, print, and advertising campaign graphics.
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
- Lead creative development of a project, present creative concepts to clients and manage the project from conceptual stage through production.
- Meet project briefs and objectives, and present creative designs and concept recommendations to clients.
- Adhere to industry standard quality brand standards in all designs and creations.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve creative operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing Management required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and graphic design with an advertising agency preferred.
- Well versed in the technical nuances of the Adobe Creative Suite and is comfortable in a range of design mediums from layout to branding and environmental graphics.
- Graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and desktop publishing.
- Occasional business travel required, approximately up to 10% based on trade show and project demands.
- Experience in 3D modeling software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- A design portfolio is required when interviewing for this position.
- Bilingually fluent in both English and Spanish

Experienced Website Developer
Job description
We are looking for an outstanding Professional Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our customer’s websites. The web developer will be responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function to full eCommerce stores. We mainly use WordPress/Woocommerce, but we also work with Shopify and Magento on occasion. We often have to custom program complex elements to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS, WordPress/Woocommerce CMS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our customer’s websites.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in website design and programming.

SEO Specialist
Job description
We are looking for an SEO expert to manage search engine optimization and marketing programs for our customers. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, content strategy and link building to increase organic search rankings and drive search traffic from Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines. A successful SEO specialist must keep up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop a successful organic search strategy.
Responsibilities
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations on the website.
- Research and analyze competitor content and links.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content strategy and creation.
- Work closely with social media team to align social distribution and SEO efforts.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Manage up to 25 customer’s SEO and SEM projects on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- Proven SEO experience and a track record of success growing organic search traffic and conversions.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and inbound marketing.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Job description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. The person will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that reach and engage audiences. This includes creating and managing social media content, writing content for blogs and website pages, running paid advertising campaigns, and optimizing website content for search engines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that reach and engage target audiences
- Create and manage social media content

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location.
